Production Welfare Steph provides comprehensive production and set welfare services end-to-end across independent to large scale productions meeting global standards for cast, crew, content, support workers and market. RMP’s and welfare services are informed through collaboration with producers, directors, content writers, on-set safety, post-producers and marketing. Planning fosters a streamlined production process with inclusive practices across all services. Unexpected internal and external factors impact productions and these are covered with on-call counselling support and allied health referrals. Steph advises across psychological and DEI content and character writing, on-set performer or non-performer content coordination (adults & children), intimacy coordination (pre to post), on-set/location welfare safety, mental health assessments, debriefing, mediation or counselling, and so many more services on request.

Set Coaching advanced and ethical coaching for productions working with actors across character, scene and and performance support. Steph offers valuable rehearsal coaching and performance direction, can incorporate intimacy coordination for more complex scenes, and rehearsal dramaturgy where scenes and content still require shaping. Actor welfare support are an inclusive part of Steph’s coaching, with allied health referrals where requested.
